Richard Felice Obituary
Raritan - Richard J. Felice, 86, passed away November 25, 2017. Richie was born in Raritan, he was the son of the late Margherita and Ascenzo Felice was a lifelong resident. He was employed for over forty years working for Art Color Water Tower in Dunellen, he was a bartender at Raritan Valley Country Club in Bridgewater, worked at New Jersey Transit and LabCorp in Raritan, and retired in 1996. He was a Veteran of the US Army during the Korean War serving as Corporal. He was a lifetime member of the Somerville Elks Lodge and the VFW Post 148 in Raritan. Richie loved Spending Weekends going to the beach in Bayville with his family and friends where he enjoyed boating, crabbing, and ?shing. He will be sadly missed by all.
He is predeceased by his brothers, Alfred, Attilio and Carlo and two grandchildren Stephanie and Timothy.
Surviving are his devoted wife of 63 years, Mary Masucci Felice, a daughter Donna Reiner and son-in-law William, sons Raymond and daughter-in-law Robin, Gary, Glenn and daughter-in-law Debbie, Richard and daughter-in-law Amy, ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Prayers will be said 10 AM Friday at Bruce C. VanArsdale Funeral Home, 111 No. Gaston Ave, Somerville, followed by a 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial at The Catholic Church of St. Ann in Raritan. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery in Bridgewater.
Visitation will be 4pm to 8pm Thursday at the Funeral Horne.
