I met Bob when I was Sayreville High School, we became friends, went to Philmont Scout Ranch New Mexico together in 1959. Bob was a hard worker and a real people person, my condolences go out to his family.

1959: Philmont Scout Ranch NM: Bob was by far our best trail cook and retained that job throughout
our expedition. An example - he combined hot chocolate powder with pancake mix added water and baked in a dutch oven in an open fire. Result - a
creditable one layer chocolate cake, delicious!
So sorry to hear of his passing .
