W. Peter Forman, 92, of Freehold, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Mr. Forman was born in Trenton and was a lifelong resident of Howell. He was a farmer in the family business, W. Peter Forman & Sons, a life member of Freehold Rotary, and had served on the Howell Township Board of Education and as Trustee and the eldest living member of First Baptist Church of Freehold.

Mr. Forman was predeceased by his wife, Muriel in 2008. He is survived by three sons, Peter Forman and his wife, Betty of Freehold, John Forman and his wife, Janice of Farmingdale and Clayton Forman and his wife, Michele of Myrtle Beach; six grandchildren, Peter Forman and his wife, Jennie, Brian Forman and his wife, Cathy; Jason Forman and his wife, Kimberly, Matthew Forman and his wife, Michelle, Christopher Forman and Jeffrey Forman; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Carolyn Forman Moe and her husband, Dr. Christian H. Moe of Illinois; and two nephews.

Visitation will be held from to 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013 at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28, 2013, with Rev. William L. Frederickson officiating at the funeral home. Interment to follow in Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold.
