Justin Tyler Romano
WILMINGTON — Justin Tyler Romano, 21, of Wilmington, died July 17, 2016. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Floyd Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Parkton Cemetery in Parkton. The visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory Inc. at 809 E. Fifth St., Lumberton, N.C., 28358.

I did not have the pleasure of meeting Justin, but I had the honor of growing up with Pam and her family. His smile was as warm and welcoming as his mother's.
