Gene was a beautiful man of God. Dr. Hart explained him well at the memorial service - Gene was one that lived in the temperal and eternal worlds....
To Gene's family - any time you are down or miss him deeply, please remember Gene's smile and the love he had for you and know that he is with you guiding you each day! God Bless you all and my prayers for all of you!
To Gene's fellow co-workers - Remember Gene and cry when you need to....but most of all, remember what he taught you.
In Christ,
Bobbie Williams

I can't remember a time in my life where Gene and Mary Frank weren't a part of it. I was so saddened to learn of Gene's death but I know he is in Heaven reunited with those he loved and most importantly, he is with his Lord and Saviour he served so faithfully for so many years. My prayers are with the family as they go through this difficult time. I know that your love of and belief in Christ will get each of you through.

Gene Owen was one of a handful of
individuals who furthered my development as a professional financial advisor. He was also a close, personal friend who took the time to share his Christian outlook on life with me, which will continue to serve me as long as I live.
The unselfish endeavors of this wonderful, true gentleman, will continue to benefit the Plainview area for many years to come.
May he rest in peace in the favorable light of
his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
