Jerry Hayes Obituary
Mr. Hayes was born on May 12, 1947 in Nowata, Oklahoma to Leo Martin & Jessie Lee (Huff) Hayes. He married Carolyn Sue Ensey on December 1, 1973 in Las Vegas, Nevada, where the party started and lasted nearly 50 years. Jerry was a truck driver by trade and retired with Walmart around 2011. He loved racing and fixing anything with an engine. From drag cars, dune buggies and Harley's he had a true passion for fast living. He never met a stranger he didn't consider a friend and was always willing to help anyone in need.
Jerry is survived by his wife Carolyn Sue Hayes of Kress, Texas; three daughters, Mickey Jo Cunningham and her husband Jody of Broken Arrow, OK , Stormy Lee Hayes of Lubbock, TX and Crystal Garren and her husband John of Elk City, OK. His Four sons, Marty Ray Hayes and wife Tammy of Noble, OK, Monty Lee Hayes and fiancée Emily of Amarillo, TX, Mitchell Lynn Hayes and fiancée Tara of Yukon, OK, and Stony Jay Hayes of Godley, TX. One sister, Pauline Rae Stillwell and husband Larry of Shawnee, OK. Twelve grandchildren, Danielle, Billy, Cameron, Johnathon, Tanner, Bailey, Stella, Toby, Maddie, Korben, Konner, and Henley and his eight great grandchildren, James, Oliver, Caroline, Asher, Silas, Sawyer, Oaklie, and one on the way.
Rest easy dad, you will be missed.

My sincere condolences for the loss of a wonderful man. I met Jerry when I was in my early 20s working for Walmart Distribution center. He always had a big smile on his face and was the kindest man.

So many fun times were shared with Jerry from country dancing to riding motor cycles and parties with Walmart drivers and wives. Dennis and I cherised your friendship. I know you, Mike LaMont and Dennis are telling stories
