Patsy Gomez Obituary
Viewing will be from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Brooks Chapel. Private services will be held at Brooks Chapel on Monday, December 28, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. You are welcome to join the family for a public graveside to follow at Dreamland Cemetery.
Patsy was born on October 14, 1959 in Abernathy, Texas to Selso and Nellie Garcia, Sr. and adopted and raised by Rosendo and Tibbie (Garcia) Aragon. She graduated from Canyon High School in 1977. Patsy worked for Panhandle Plains Student Loan Center for over twenty years and was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church.
Patsy was very family oriented and supported all her children and grandchildren in their many activities.
Patsy was preceded in death by a brother, Selso Garcia, Jr., her birth parents, Selso and Nellie Garcia, Sr., and her adopted parents, Rosendo and Tibbie Aragon. Survivors include four children, Cameron Gomez and wife, Susie, Carrie Cash and husband, Ricky, Cody Gomez and wife, Hanna, and Carissa Roy and husband, Terry; ten grandchildren; and thirteen siblings.

Patsy. We will miss you you are such a kind spirit I watched as you loved and laughed with your children Now your in God's world and there will never be suffering again as I know you did But you went beyond that and led each and everyone of your kids to know what love and family was about I love you I'm very sad we lost you I know my mom loved you as her own.
