Cody Shane "MoMo & Code Man" Montgomery, 20, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016.
Cody was born in Conway a son of Randy & Crystal Montgomery. He attended the Conway Church of God. Cody was a member of the Carolina Forest Award Winning Showcase Show Choir where he was also a member of an elite group called "The Rascals". He performed in many plays at school and was highlighted in "The Phantom Of The Opera".
Surviving in addition to his parents of Conway are his sister, Haley Montgomery also of the home. A paternal grandmother, "NaNa" Anne B. Montgomery of Conway, a number of special aunts, uncles and cousins. Cody had a special side kick named "Lucas".
A funeral service will be held 2 PM Thursday, September 22, 2016 at the Conway Church of God with the Rev. Stuart Jacobs officiating. Kraig McBroom, Cody's mentor, will also be speaking. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Wednesday at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel.
Memorials may be made to the Conway Church of God Children's Salvation Station, P.O. Box 874, Conway, SC 29528.
