Elizabeth Hunter Obituary

MYRTLE BEACH | Elizabeth Ann Hunter, 70, of Southwood died Saturday, June 24, 2006 at her home.

Born Dec, 21, 1935 in Bayonne, N.J., she was a daughter of the late William and Margaret McSweeny Donohue. She was predeceased by a daughter, Christine Hundley.

She was a member of The Episcopal Church of the Resurrection in Surfside Beach and Trinity Episcopal Church while living in Bayonne, N.J.

Elizabeth was a Licensed Practical Nurse and was a wonderful, loving wife, mother and grandmother and friend to many.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Edward Hunter; nine children, Ann Marie DiCroce, Charles Edward Hunter Jr., William Thomas Hundley, John Hunter, Donna Vile, Elizabeth Ann McCabe, Julie Vance, Daniel Hundley and Edward Charles Hunter; and 20 grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at McMillan Small Funeral Home, Myrtle Beach. Fr. Bob Caswell will officiate. Visitation will be from 2 until 4 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to InCare Hospice, 4685 Highway 17 Bypass S., Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 or The Episcopal Church of the Resurrection, 8910 Highway 17 Bypass, Surfside Beach, SC 29575.
