Elizabeth Lafferty Psakis age 82, died Sunday June 28, 2015 at Waccamaw Community Hospital.
Born in Baltimore, MD, she was a daughter of the late George and Elizabeth Psakis. Elizabeth was a professor of English at the University of Cincinnati for over 30 years. She loved animals, the beach, gardening and classical music. She also enjoyed the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.
Survivors include her sons, Nicholas Armstrong and wife Kristel of Pawleys Island and Michael Armstrong and wife Allison of Myrtle Beach.
Services will be private.
