Although I did not know Jeremy personally, I know some of his family. His closest brother, Billy, Im lucky to consider myself his friend. Billy is the kindest person I know and I'm sure Jeremy was the same. I've spoken to Billy's mother Lynne who is a strong woman, a hard working hardworking woman and loving mother. We are the same age, Lynne and I, but she has done so much in her life and raised such an amazing family filled with love and kindness. And Alexandria, a cousin, who is beautiful on the inside and out. And Prince, another brother of Billy's, who has always been kind to me, a stranger. I feel through those close to him I can imagine the wonderful father, friend, brother and son Jeremy was. He was taken from those who loved him way too soon. He had so much more to do, so many more lives to touch. And I'm sure he didn't want to go when The Lord called him home. I know in my heart that although it is those he left behind that are suffering tremendous sadness and grief, Jeremy is in the light of Lord Jesus and he is looking down on all those he left behind and will ALWAYS be with them, protecting them with his love and new knowledge of the Kingdom of God. Jeremy is in an amazing place right now. It is those who loved him that are in terrible pain right now. And I am so sorry for that. I wish there was something magical or comforting enough to say to help take away that awful pain, but there just isn't. We are left behind to wonder why. And like Billy told me, he will be living his life for Jeremy too now. I will be praying that God can comfort his family and take away some of their pain. And may dear Jesus keep hold of Jeremy and help him help those he left behind to find peace. Amen
