Shared an office with Jacko for three years at DHEC and never once heard him say a cross word to anyone. Sensitive, clever, and humble.

Jack was a gentle spirit who took the time to listen to children with broken hearts and when they were done sharing, Jack would then take a moment and give a word of advice or just a word of comfort and hope and when needed a gentle hug. His gentleness and kindness will be missed by many.
