Jack will be greatly missed. His adult life mirrored his childhood in being a warm and caring personality. May God take him into His arms and rest in peace.

Shared an office with Jacko for three years at DHEC and never once heard him say a cross word to anyone. Sensitive, clever, and humble.

Jack was a gentle spirit who took the time to listen to children with broken hearts and when they were done sharing, Jack would then take a moment and give a word of advice or just a word of comfort and hope and when needed a gentle hug. His gentleness and kindness will be missed by many.

What a bright light. A more peaceful man I never met. To know him was to love him. Sail On Jack, your work is done, and well done.
