Kenneth E. "Kenny" Bullard, 64, died Saturday, May 3, 2014 at McLeod Seacoast Medical Center.
Born on June 10, 1949 in Wilmington, NC, he was the son of the late Joseph E. and Rosa Belle Fowler Bullard.
Kenny was employed with Black's Tire Service as Regional Manager of the Southeast for 25 years.
Survivors include his wife, Delia Bullard; son, Joey Bullard and his wife, DeAnn; daughter, Angela Bullard; and three grandchildren, Tanner, Jenna Rose and Joshua. He is predeceased by his sister, Brenda B. Shuman and two grandchildren, Justin and Johannah.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday, May 6 at Lee Funeral Home of Little River/North Myrtle Beach. The family will also receive friends from 6 to 8 on Wednesday, May 7 at Worthington Funeral Home, Chadbourn, NC. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, May 8 at Worthington Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Chadbourn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Boy's and Girl's Home of North Carolina, P.O. Box 127, Lake Waccamaw, NC 28450.

Rest in Peace Kenny! I'll never go to another race that I won't be thinking of you and how you would make us all laugh!!! Who will we call when we need a tire on Sunday????
