Myrtle Beach, South Carolina - Mildred "Millie" (Hucks) Holt, 76, passed away April 3, 2021 in Myrtle Beach. Born August 16, 1944 in Conway, Sc, she was a daughter of the late Jamie and Eloise (Smith) Hucks.
Millie was born and raised in Conway. She was a 1962 Graduate of Conway High School and then received her degree in cosmetology. Later she joined the Krispy Kreme corporation as an executive assistant to Dr. Elbert Herring. Later in life she enjoyed being a partner in her family's motel.
Survivors include her two daughters, Sharyn Holt of Myrtle Beach, Sheila Usher and husband Jeff of ST. Petersburg, FL; a sister, Irene H. Patrick of Myrtle Beach; three brothers, Wayne Hucks of Conway, SC, Terry Hucks (Wanda) of Myrtle Beach, Daryl Hucks of Conway; grandchildren, Zachary, Brody, Ellie, and Betsy Usher.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 08, 2021 at Hillcrest Cemetery Mausoleum, Conway, SC. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will greet friends following the service.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Myrtle Beach Woman's Club, PO Box 7244, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572.
