I am so sad to hear about the loss of Kinney. My prayers go out to the Stanton family for your loss. I met Kinney while we were attending Clemson and I have so many great memories of times spent together; football games, intramural softball, and just hanging out. I remember walking through the parking lot going into a Clemson game one afternoon a couple of years ago and I hear a big booming voice shouting "SPRENGER". I did not even have to turn around to know who it was and knew that the shout would be followed by a big bear hug. Kinney was one of a kind and I will miss him.

Mr. WC , Mrs. Sara Margaret, and the entire family,

Words cannot express the sympathy we feel for you at this time. I have been close friends with Kinney for more years than I can remember and never have I known a more likable, caring, and thoughtful person in my life. Kinney was always one you could talk to and knew that he cared about your problem and would do all he could to help you in any way he could. I will greatly miss all of the 5am cups of coffee shared at the local Sav Way Store. Kinney seemed to have more energy at that time of the morning than I had and I had been up all night. There is no way to count all of the people Kinney helped in Cheraw without anyone else ever knowing about it.

Although there are many whys and questions that will go unanswered, there was not a kinder, caring, or bigger hearted person that I have ever known. Kinney was one of a kind, a person you always knew you could count on. I will miss him greatly and was proud to call him my friend.

To the family, may God be with you in the coming days, and may He give you peace beyond all understanding.

(Matthew 5:4)
