Greenville, South Carolina - David "Whit" Whittington Oliver, 44, husband of Eva Marie Magill-Oliver, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021.
Born in Columbia, SC, he was the son of David Forrest Oliver and Virginia Ray Oliver.
In addition to his parents and wife, Whit is survived by his son, Bay Oliver; two sisters, Ashley Permenter and Caroline Olivo; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Arthur and Marie Magill; and sister-in-law, Samantha Magill.
A gathering to celebrate Whit's incredible life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Hotel Domestique, 10 Road of Vines, Travelers Rest, SC 29690. The event will be outside to allow for social distancing and safety. At the families request, no media coverage or presence will be allowed.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to https://gofund.me/ed416405. These funds will be used for the education of Whit's son, Bay.
