Russell Long Obituary
Russell will be missed by his wife of 15 years, Jenita Campbell Long of Madison, Indiana; his son, Robert Russell "Robbie" Long and his wife, Shannon of Hanover, Indiana; his daughter, Leann Marie Long and her companion, Drew Scott of Madison, Indiana; his step-daughters, Julia Combs of Florence, Kentucky, Cathy Combs of Madison, Indiana, Angela Brown and her husband, David of Scott County, Indiana; his nine grandchildren; his seven step-grandchildren; his three step-great-grandchildren; his three sisters; his five brothers; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Irvin M. Long; his mother, Helen Marie Otter Long; and his step-granddaughter, Wandella Marie Brown.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at 11 a.m., by Pastor Scott Kollmann at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. Interment followed in the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery,1415 North Gate Road in Madison, Indiana.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Jefferson County Animal Shelter. Cards are available at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centres of Madison and Hanover. Online condolences, Remembrances and Memorials can be left at www.morgan-nay.com.

Gosh I am so sorry,I just read the news this morning. He was a true friend and was loved by many.He will be sadly missed. God bless the family, my prayers to you Jenita and family in this time of grief.
