Evie A. Williams of Streator passed away Saturday evening April 3, 2021 in the loving arms of her parents.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.
Visitation will be from 9-11 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Wenona. Cremation rites have been accorded.
Evie was born February 6, 2021 in Peoria.
She is survived by her parents, Ricki and Emily (McBride) Williams; paternal grandmother, Donna Williams of Streator; maternal grandmother, Jenni (Bryon Williamson) Richards of Streator; maternal grandfather, Mike Richards of Streator; paternal great grandmother, Ellie Williams; paternal great grandmother, Darlene Bedei; aunts and uncles, Jesse Mesarchik of Ottawa, Laci (David) Clay of Streator, Danielle Richards of Wenona, Megan Richards of Streator and Sam Richards of Streator.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Lee Williams; maternal great grandparents, Bernard and Joyce Bednar; paternal great grandfather, Ed Williams; paternal great grandmother, Joyce Rodriguez; maternal great grandfather, Carl Bedei; and uncles, Jeremy Williams and Bryson Williamson.
Evie was born at St. Francis, and was cared for by a lot of special nurses during her stay in the NICU, especially Deb, and Jamie.
She loved being held, mainly by her parents. She had such spunk, and sass that made her stronger. She liked her light up toys, her swing, bouncer, and her lullabies. She fought so hard despite all of the obstacles that were thrown her way. She was our sweet and very special Trisomy 13 warrior. She blessed us with 56 days, and the last 3 of those were spent at home being surrounded by family, and her dogs.
Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
