Born: September 4, 1968 in Morris, IL
Died: December 25, 2024 in Streator, IL
Frank E. Carter Sr. 56 of Streator passed away Wednesday morning December 25, 2024.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday (Dec. 29th) from 12noon until 4p.m. at the Winterrowd Funeral Home.
Frank was born on September 4, 1968, in Morris to John and Juanita (Villarreal) Carter Sr.
He is survived by daughters Krystal Cook of Streator and Destyna Carter of Texas, son Frank Carter Jr of Texas, stepdaughter Alicia Escobedo of Streator, Fiancé Sarah Scarbeary of Streator, grandchildren, Kylie, Davin, Kiera and Kingston, mother Juanita (Bob) Behrens of Streator, father John (Edna) Carter Sr of Normal, brothers John Carter Jr and David (Mary) Carter both of Streator, and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death a daughter Arriyana in infancy.
Frank attended St. Mary's Grade School and Streator High School and was a member of the Church of the Open Bible.
Memorials may be made to his family.
