Patricia A. Soberri, 68, of Wenona passed away Friday, April 15, 2022 at O.S.F. St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator.
Visitation will be from 9-11 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Cremation rites have been accorded.
Burial will be in St. Anthony Cemetery, Streator.
Born August 28, 1953 in Streator she was the daughter of Richard and Kathleen (Trainor) Jonen. She married Joseph P. Soberri on March 28, 1977 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph P. Soberri of Wenona; a son, Ryan Soberri of Wenona; her mother, Kathleen Jonen of Streator; sisters, Linda Jonen of Streator and Diane (Dan) Ring of Walnut Creek, California; a brother, David Jonen of Streator; her mother in law, Hazel Soberri of Tonica; nieces, nephews and a great niece also survive.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Jonen and her father in law, Pete Soberri.
Born and raised in Streator she attended St. Anthony Grade School and graduated from Streator High School in the class of 1971.
In her earlier years Patty worked for Owens Illinois Glass Company. She worked for over 30 years as a Nurse's Aide for the Nursing Home in Toluca which was called Aperion Care at the time of her retirement.
She was a die-hard Chicago Cubs. She also enjoyed camping, boating and taking trips to Las Vegas with her family. She will be dearly missed by her loving family.
