Aaron Trent Beachy

On Monday, July 4, 2022, Aaron Trent Beachy, loving father of four children, passed away at age 63 after long-standing illness. Aaron was born on August 8, 1958 in Portsmouth, Ohio to Katie (Farmwald) Beachy and the late Eli Beachy. He graduated from Eastern Mennonite High School in Harrisonburg, Virginia in 1976. Aaron worked for Select Sires for many years, as well as Arched Casings. With his ex-wife, and friend, Annette (Cowgill) Beachy, he raised four sons, Israel, Sylas, Noah, and Elisha.
Throughout his life, Aaron had a passion for the Lord, and offered kindness and acceptance to those around him. He also was an avid gardener, motorcycle enthusiast, and enjoyed hiking, nature, and watching old westerns and sports. He was a lover of music and frequented Christian music festivals and concerts. Aaron was a poet, and was known for his infectious laugh, love of games, tender heart, gentleness, and humility of spirit.
Aaron was preceded in death by his father, Eli. He is survived by his mother, Katie, his siblings, Elaine (and Gary) Ruhl, Cliff (and Nancy), Nate (and Christy), Rose (and Paul) Nicol, and Lisa (and Denny) Wilt, his children, Israel (and Rachel), Sylas, Noah (and Melissa), and Elisha, grandchildren, Scarlett, Abram, and Isabel, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 3 o'clock p.m. on Sunday, July 10, 2022 at Ferguson Funeral Home, 202 E. Main St, Plain City Ohio, where the family will receive friends 1 hour prior to services from 2-3 PM Sunday.
