Aaron John Paul Reed, a vibrant and promising young man, was born on September 25, 2006, in Cambridge, Ohio. He passed away on March 5, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of friendship, love, and adventure that will be cherished by all who knew him.

Aaron took pride in his education, having graduated from Marietta High School in 2025 and currently attending Zane State College. He was actively engaged in an apprenticeship program between Zane State College and Detroit Diesel, where he was honing his skills and preparing for a bright future in the automotive industry.

As a person, Aaron was regarded as a good friend, a title he wore with honor. He had an adventurous spirit and a passion for life that was evident in his many hobbies and interests. He loved playing soccer and found joy in rebuilding cars, particularly his beloved Audi. Outdoor activities were also a significant part of his life; he relished hiking, camping, and kayaking, often incorporating music into his drives. Aaron was an avid traveler, with fond memories of visiting Idaho, Virginia and Florida and he had a special affinity for the ocean and beach. His love for loud, fast cars was a defining aspect of his personality that resonated deeply with his friends and family.

Aaron's family was a cornerstone of his life. He is survived by his father, David William Reed Jr., and his mother, Megin Elizabeth (Ohlen C Cartmell) Reed. He shared his life with his siblings, Zachary David Reed, Isaac Donald Reed, Corina Louise Reed, and Stephanie Jean Reed. He also embraced his step-siblings, Victoria Grace Cartmell and Darby Elizabeth Cartmell, as an integral part of his family. His extended family included his aunts and uncles, Scott (Jody) Reed, Beth Reed, Susanna (Robert) Mascolino, Carrie (Guy) Googins, and Cassie (Wayne) Stevens, along with his cousins Kelsey Reed, Sydney Reed, Tony Mascolino, Marina Mascolino, Serra (Aaron) Ruby and children, Ivy Googins, and Leslie Stevens. Additionally, he was blessed with supportive grandparents: David Reed Sr., Donald (Stephanie) Fairchild, and Ohlen P (Connie) Cartmell.

Aaron’s memory will be cherished not only by his family but also by many friends and a large, supportive step family. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Wanda Reed.
