Abby Mae Heath, 17, of Taylor, WI, passed away unexpectedly on January 26, 2026.

Abby was born on November 4, 2008, in Eau Claire, WI, to Chilanna (Bobo) Olson and Justin Heath. She was a passionate young woman who lived her life with enthusiasm and a deep love for her family and friends.

Abby went to school in the Osseo-Fairchild school district before moving to Taylor, where she attended Blair-Taylor High School. Excelling in academics with high honors, including college classes. She was an active participant in many activities, including volleyball, track and field, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) acting as treasurer and secretary. She was an active member in student council. She was also a part of the dance team during her freshman year.

Her aspirations in the healthcare field were evident early on. At age 15 she got her first job at Grand View Care Center working her way up to a Certified Nursing Assistant. Abby then moved to work at Gunderson Hospital in Whitehall, as well as the Gunderson Health Care Center, where she was known for her compassionate care towards her residents. Her dream was to advance her career by studying nursing in Rochester, a testament to her dedication and care for others. Her goal was to work in the Emergency Room at Mayo in Rochester and then furthering her education in the medical field.

Abby cherished summers, going to the beach, boating and looked forward to hunting in the fall. Music and concerts were among her favorite pastimes, and she was especially a fan of Jessie Murph. Abby enjoyed hanging out with her friends, going shopping and stopping at 7brew. She show-cased her artistic ability with her love of pictures and projects. Abby always had her days planned out and organized, making time for everyone she loved, especially spending time with her siblings and her kitten, Binx.

She leaves behind her mother and step-father, Chilanna and Andy Olson, her father, Justin Heath, and her siblings, Austin, Teegan, Brantley, and Dalilah. Abby is also survived by her grandparents, Brenda and Chris Olson, Larry Bobo, Cindy (Troy Mason) Zingale, Mike Heath, Mike and Anita Olson, and her great-grandmother, Judy Vold; aunts Sierra Olson, Megan Olson, Valerie Christianson; uncles Robert Zingale and Danny Heath; great-aunts and uncles Eric and Dana Wedward, Alvie Heath, and Danny and Lisa Heath; her boyfriend, Brady Thompson, godparents Mandi Kircher and Tyler Olson and many other friends and relatives who will miss her greatly.

Abby is preceded in death by her great-grandfather, Steve Vold, and great-grandparents Dan and Karen Heath

Abby's life was marked by her joyful spirit, the happiness she brought to family and friends, and her commitment to making a positive impact on those around her.

A funeral will be held on Saturday, February 7th, 2026, at the Osseo Evangelical Lutheran Church. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until the time of service at 12:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Abby's memory to the Abby Mae Memorial Scholarship through the Blair-Taylor High School. This scholarship will assist students entering the medical field. Please bring or mail donations to the Blair-Taylor Middle/High School at N31024 Elland Road, Blair, WI, 54616.

Abby's family would like to thank everyone for their compassion and support during this extremely difficult time.

Abby was a beautiful young lady and a cherished friend of my niece's Addison and Ellie. May her family and friends find comfort and peace through beautiful memories Abby made with them.
