Adam Dewayne Barker, AKA "Butch", was born June 18, 1963 to Druetta (Barker) Daniels and Adam Stallings Jr. Butch was a graduate of Okmulgee High School class of 1981. He was baptized at Eastside Baptist Church at an early age, where he continued his Christian walk until his passing. Butch met Helen Dixon at an early age. During their relationship a beautiful baby girl was born named Demeisha. Later in life he met Carol Nave and another beautiful baby girl was born named Ebony. Butch later married Vonda Walker. Adam loved to crack jokes while dancing and acting silly. He had a few nicknames, "Butch", "Sweet Adam" and "Butchy Boy". He also had a passion for food, he loved to eat. Chocolate chip cookies being his favorite. He would walk a mile for those chocolate chip cookies. Butch was loved by so many people and will be truly missed. Sweet Adam was preceded in death by his dad Adam Stallings Jr., grandmother Hattie Barker and brother Frank (Spud) Lewis Jr. Butchy Boy leaves to cherish his memories his mother Druetta (Barker) Daniels. Children: Demeisha Barker, Aurora CO. Ebony Barker and two grandsons, San Diego, CA. Siblings Joyce (Freddie) Brown, Sharon (Mike) Moore, Tulsa OK. Vicky Barker, Anita Barker, Okmulgee, OK. David (Paula) Barker, Edmond OK Justin (Brandi) Stallings, Stillwater, OK. and Donna (Bernard) Wilson, Okmulgee, OK. Step-siblings: Tammy (Eophus) Graves, Buffy Daniels (Peco), Okmulgee OK. and Steve Daniels, Las Vegas NV, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Home Going Service is scheduled Saturday, June 7, 2025, 12 noon, Eastside Baptist Church, 219 N. Osage Street, Okmulgee, OK; with Pastor Marcus Jeffrey, delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in Grayson Cemetery, Grayson, OK. Visitation will be Friday, June 6, 2025 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm-Okmulgee The family has been cared for by House of Winn-Okmulgee
