Ron-El Eugene Fultz, Jr. was born on March 21, 1999, to Tara Davis and Ron' El Fultz, Sr. in Tulsa, Ok. He was the firstborn son and grandson. He was the light of his mama's life; and became not only her "right hand man,"; he later transitioned into" The Man in This Here
Family." He was the protector, the disciplinarian, the cool uncle, the loving brother, the best son. Ron-El Jr. graduated from Okmulgee High School in 2017. He worked hard in high school to ensure college was an option for himself and began his college education at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK. Ron-El Jr. loved the weather and majored in Meteorology while in school. His family can tell stories of his "tornado watching". His mother was excited for him to become the next weatherman on "Good Morning America", her favorite news show. He left school for a while and ended up in Denver, Colorado, where he resumed his studies in Meteorology at Metropolitan State University in Denver, Co.. While in college, he decided to join the US Army and went to basic training at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri in March 2024. Ron-El Jr. had as much interest in law enforcement as he did meteorology, and trained to be an MP with a specialization in Military Dog Handling. He completed his military training in San Antonio, Tx. before being stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado where he worked in the dog kennels. In May 2025, he married Dezmon Parker (Fultz) and became the stepfather to 2 children, Mia, 9, and Devyn, 11. He always made sure to let the school staff know that "Mia is our Princess, so be careful with her." Ron-El Jr. had to invite you in; that was the only way to get the awesome experience of knowing him. If you were invited in, you knew how funny he was. Very sharp, witty, and would have your face hurting from laughing at some of the quick words to come out of his mouth. He cared very deeply about his family, asserting himself as the head of the household at age 9; he looked out for his Mama and siblings, but especially his Mama. He loved to hike; if he was missing for a while, he was on a trail somewhere, and he always found a new one to tell you about when he came back. He also liked to fish, and he and his husband spent lots of time both fishing and hiking. Ron-El Jr. is preceded in death by his paternal great-grandfather, Lyndell Fultz; maternal grandfather, William Hammon, Sr.; paternal grandmother, Brinda Barnett, and a nephew, Quinton Douglas. He is survived by his husband, Dezmon Fultz; stepchildren Mia and Devyn
Parker; his mother, Tara Davis; father, Ron'El Fultz, Sr; sisters Stacia and Hailey Tate and Brooklynn Fultz; a brother he called his "Best Friend", Ta-Ron Fultz, and 11 nieces and nephews who all called him "Uncle BFF." Ron-El Jr is also leaving behind his paternal great-grandmother,
Nancy Fultz; paternal grandfather, Lonell Fultz, and maternal grandmother, Patricia Davis. A very special aunt, NaTasha Fultz-Castro, with whom he had a close relationship, will also be left here to miss him with the rest of his family. A Celebration of Life is scheduled Saturday, July 12, 2025, 10:00 a.m., First Baptist Church Central, 521 N. Central Street,
Okmulgee, OK; with Pastor Darren Williams, officiating and his mother, Tara Davis, eulogist. NO PUBLIC VIEWING at the families request. The family has been cared for by House of Winn-Okmulgee
