Adam Erving Obituary
Adam was a man of quiet strength, deep compassion, and unwavering love. He was born to the late Samuel Lee Jr. and Stella Mae Erving in Kosciusko, MS. He attended Kosciusko Public School District. Adam was proceeded in death by his wife Myra Erving, Three Sisters: Janice Erving, Betty Carter, Kimberly Skinner.
He lived his life with purpose, and grace. He leaves his memories with his children: Veronica Landingham of Kosciusko, MS: Tamara Lindsey, Brandon Johnson, and Rasheon Johnson of Cedar Rapids, IA; A loving Mother Stella Mae Erving of Kosciusko; Four Brothers: Willie (Wanda) Erving of Sallis, MS; Luke Erving of Cleveland, OH, Rickie Erving, Mark Erving of Kosciusko. One sister: ChrisAnn Jackson of Meridian, MS; 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
PLACE OF SERVICE: Winters Funeral Home Chapel, Kosciusko, MS
DATE OF SERVICE: Tuesday 02/17/2026 at 11:00 a.m.
INTERMENT: Smyrna Cemetery, Kosciusko, MS
VIEWING: Monday 02/16/2026 at 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
