Adam Robert Gotchey, 35, passed away on April 15, 2019, at his residence in Asheville, NC.
Adam is preceded in death by his mother Kimberly (Greening) Covington, who passed away in 2008, Grandfather Robert Gotchey who passed away in 1991 and Grandfather Kim Gaynor who passed in 2002, Grandmother Albarose Gotchey who passed away in 1997.
Adam is survived by his Father Matthew Gotchey, Stepmother Julie Gotchey, Stepsister Hope Theander, Stepbrother Lane Theander, Uncles Esteban McMahan, Jeff McMahan, Chris Gaynor, Bill Gotchey, Tim Gotchey, Brad Theander, Dale Darian; Aunts Cristina McMahan, Barbie McIntyre, Marjorie Serge, Cari Stone, Debbie Darian; Grandmother Melinda Headley and Grandparents Barb & Nat Duvall. He was also survived by his friend Renee Dietzler, countless other friends and family, all of whom he loved dearly, all of whom loved him as much.
Adam was beloved by all who knew him. He will be missed by many. His gigantic heart, sweet smile and infectious laugh will always be remembered with joy and sorrow now. Rest In Peace, gentle soul.
His cremated remains will be scattered in Colorado during May, 2019 where his mother’s ashes were scattered in 2008.
