The family and many friends with anguish announce the passing of James 'Adam' Mansfield, 45, of Anderson Township on January 27, 2024, after wonderful efforts from the University of Cincinnati Medical Center to save his life. He was an organ donor and was acknowledged, saluted by the medical staff and family with a Walk of Honor enroute to recovery of his gifts for others. Adam worked at 360 Title and a graduate of Glen Este High School; he lived his entire life in Eastern Cincinnati. He was the devoted and loving husband to Kelly Mansfield and Father of Cohen, 16, Caleb, 15, and Cooper, 13. Brother, John 'Amos' Mansfield, Mother, Joy Mansfield, and Father, the Reverend Doak M Mansfield, survive. Father and Mother-in-law, Tony and Brenda Hofmann, Sisters-in-law Deanna Hofmann and Toni Packer.
Adam was gregarious, engaging, creative, bright, and funny. He had a zest for life that was infectious and brought happiness and loving friendships to so very many. Kindness was his style and made his moral strength real. Loyalty was a value he cherished. He was devoted to his sons and Kelly as well as his extended family. He was an energetic supporter of his boys' sports activities. As an organ donor he bequeathed life to others and modeled to so very many what a good man he was. We honor his memory.
Visitation will take place Jan 31st from 6:00 to 7:30pm at Crossroads in Eastgate and a Celebration of his Life will take place Feb 1st at 1:00pm with visitation from 12:00-1:00pm at Crossroads in Eastgate. In lieu of flowers https://gofund.me/12b6b2da
