Su apesarada familia en este día a sus 71 años de edad anuncia su inesperado fallecimiento este 14 de octubre 2025 en el Hospital St. Franciscan en Lafayette Indiana. Adelso Lima nació en Nueva Santa Rosa, Guatemala. Hijo de Daniel Lima Ramírez y sVentura Barrera.
Le sobreviven su esposa Paola Yuman de Lima,hijo Daniel Lima, hijas Iris (Mendoza) Lima y Evelyn (Rivera) Lima. Nietos Paola Alvarez, Mishelle Alvarez, Rey David Rivera, Jeremy Lima, Allison Lima, Tiffany Dickison y Kenneth Lima. Bisnieta Izabella Díaz.
Velatorio Viernes 17 de octubre 2025 a la 1pm en Soller-Baker funeral Home 400 Twyckenham Boulevard Lafayette, Indiana 47909 seguido por el servicio cristiano a las 2pm y el entierro a las 3pm en Meadow View cemetery.
Adelso fue una persona de muy noble corazón, en su juventud montaba a caballo, jugaba pelota y cortaba café. Su trabajo principal era la remodelación de casas. A él le encantaba la ciudad de Chicago por se un lugar donde el vivió parte de su vida. En su tiempo libre le gustaba ir a la subasta de carros. Será recordado por su generosidad y sentido de humor. Le agradaba manejar por la ciudad de Lafayette y ir de compras con su esposa. Adelso, además disfrutaba degustar las galletas preparadas por su hija Evelyn R. Lima. El vivió sus últimos días felizmente conviviendo con su familia.

His sorrowful family sadly announces on this day October 14,2025 the unexpected passing of Adelso Lima age 71 at St. Franciscan Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana. Adelso was born in Nueva Santa Rosa, Guatemala son of Daniel Lima Ramirez and Ventura Barrera.
He is survived by his wife Paola Yuman de Lima, son Daniel Lima, daughters Iris (Mendoza) Lima, Evelyn (Rivera) Lima, grandchildren Paola Alvarez, Mishelle Alvarez, Rey David Rivera, Jeremy Lima, Allison Lima, Tiffany Dickison, and Kenneth Lima. Great grandchild Izabella Díaz.
There will be a showing October 17th, 2025 at 1pm at Soller -Baker funeral home 400 Twyckenham Boulevard Lafayette, Indiana followed by a ceremony at 2pm ending with the burial at Meadow View Cemetery.
Adelso was a noble hearted person, in his youth he liked to ride horses, play ball and work the coffee fields. His principal job was construction/remodeling houses. He loved the city of Chicago he lived part of his life there. In his free time, he enjoyed going to the car auction. He will be remembered for his generosity and sense of humor. In his final days he enjoyed driving through the city of Lafayette and shopping with his wife. Adelso also loved eating cookies made by his daughter Evelyn R. Lima. He lived his last few days happily spending time with his family.
