Adrian De La Garza

Adrian De La Garza Age 44, of Eau Claire, WI, formerly of Rice Lake, WI, our lord called Adrian upon his kingdom unexpectedly on Friday, March 22,2024 in Eau Claire. He was born on July 24, 1979 in Los Angeles, California to Luis Raul and Silvia (Leal) De La Garza. A burst of joy to any room he entered, if you ever had the pleasure of spending time with him, a charming smile, an infectious laugh and a joke accompanied his presence. Adrian loved music and found most passion behind his turntables creating bangers! In the summer you typically would find him tubing down the river with friends, camping, or vibing at a music festival. His playful sense of humor was alluring and made it near impossible to not have a smile on your face when he was around. He had love for his cat Christopher, and indulged in delicious cuisine! In his earlier years he attended technical school for EMT. Later, he went on to study mechanical engineering at UW-Stout. It was not a challenge for Adrian to acquire friendships, as his genuine soul and heart of gold were radiant and magnetic. He is survived by his son, Dakota Paulson; his father, Raul De La Garza; his mother, Silvia Nelson; a brother, Alex De La Garza; a sister, Lilia (Chris) Perold; 2 special and dear cousins, Jessica Perold and Lance Pinn; many other cousins; aunts and uncles. Funeral Services will be held at 11AM Friday, April 5, 2024 at the Assembly of God Church in Rice Lake, Rev. Alan Klasi officiating, with interment in the Nora Cemetery in Rice Lake. Visitation will be held from 4-7PM Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Appleyard's Home for Funerals in Rice Lake and for one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
