Adrian Christopher Terry Jr. was born in Kansas City, Missouri to Adrian Terry Sr., and Tracy Meeks. Adrian gave his life to Christ at the age of eleven and was baptized at Mount Zion Grove. He attended Central High and had dreams of attending Baylor University playing basketball. Although those dreams were unconcluded he remained ambitious and worked as a manager of Fast Food Chains. Adrian was never married or had children, but he loved his nephew Areion like his own.
Adrian enjoyed playing video games, playing with his nephew and hanging with family. Adrian departed this life on August 14, 2024.
His maternal Grandparents, Mary Meeks, Johnnie Meeks; Uncle Johnnie B. Meeks; Cousins, Tawona Meeks, Quinton Pendleton and Paternal Great-Grandmother, Mary Pendleton and Paternal Grandfather, Raymond Osbourn all precede him.
Adrian leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Adrian Terry Sr. and Tracy Meeks; siblings Tearia Terry-Meeks, Marcus Terry-Meeks and Andrea Meeks; nephew Areion Taylor; grandmother, Reva Terry; uncles, Tommy Meeks, Raymond Osbourn, Derrian Osbourn; aunts, Mary McKenzie, Victoria Meeks, Jo Ann Meeks, Johnnie mae, Na’kesha Meeks–Gonzalez (Reyes Gonazlez), Caremelit (Shuron) Greer-James (Louis) Tonisha Greer and Sparkle Shade and a host of cousins and other relatives.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday August 31, 2024, visitation will be from 10 A.M. - 11 A.M. with services beginning at 11 A.M. at Pleasant Green Missionary Baptist Church 2910 E. 30th st. Kansas CIty, Mo 64128
Interment: Brooking Cemetery Kansas City, Mo
