Adriana Chis, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on February 3, 2025, in Dallas, TX. Born on August 20, 1960, in Romania, Adriana brought joy and music into the lives of all who knew her.
She married the love of her life, David Chis, on July 2, 1983, in Anaheim, California. Together, they built a life full of love, laughter, and the sweet sounds of music. Their union was blessed with two sons, Solomon and Tudor, who, along with their wives Aniela and Ema, gave Adriana a legacy of seven adored grandchildren: Julia, Lucas, Ethan, Edison, Jude, Weston, and Alice.
A woman of deep faith, Adriana was a devoted member of The Bridge Church, where her Pentecostal beliefs were both a comfort and a guiding light throughout her life. She found solace and strength in her church family, and she contributed greatly to the community through her involvement and unwavering support.
Adriana's passion for playing the guitar and singing was not only a personal joy but also a gift she shared generously. Her musical talents were a staple at family gatherings, church events, and among friends, creating cherished memories that will resonate for years to come.
Her loving nature extended to her immediate and extended family. Adriana's sister, Oly Lang, and her brother, Mircea Jiga, alongside her father, Alexandra Jiga, will fondly remember her warmth, her comforting presence, and her endless capacity for love. Adriana's spirit of kindness was a beacon that illuminated the lives of those around her
