Agnes C. Beichner, age 87, of Wallingford passed away on February 14, 2025 at MidState Medical Center. She was the loving wife of the late Martin A. Beichner Jr. Agnes was born in Strattanville, PA, daughter of the late Wilbert and Irene Hrisak Bush. She is survived by her children, Beverly Beichner of Wallingford, Kathy Pursley of Kansas, Brenda (David) Lannon of Maine, and Marty Beichner III of Wallingford, her grandchildren, Adam (Eunyoung Kim) Papallo of MA, Lolly-Elizabeth Beichner of Wallingford, and Kristine (Michael) Kebert of Kansas, and her great grandchildren, Louis, Ayden, Kinnzleigh, Kaislee and Kysen, and special cousin Brenda Koppel, along with many cousins, nieces and nephews. Agnes was predeceased by her sister Sandra Hickstein and her sons-in-law, Frank Palmisano, Vincent Pursley, and Michael Cefarelli.
Agnes was a homemaker, but many times she joined the work force when times called for it. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Agnes was an avid gardener and loved bird watching. For many years, Agnes and Martin traveled the United States in their RV, visiting 49 states, Canada and Mexico.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to Agnes' caregiver Claudia, for her kindness, care, and support. As well as the Hospice team at Midstate Medical Center.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday February 19th, from 9-10:30am at the Yalesville Funeral Home, 386 Main Street, (Yalesville section of Wallingford). Her funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 10:30 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in Our Lady of Fatima Church, 382 Hope Hill Rd., Wallingford. Interment will follow at In Memoriam Cemetery, Wallingford.
