Agnes Proctor Obituary

Agnes Elizabeth Proctor was born on January 25, 1920 in Wicomico, Maryland. She was sixth of eleven children born to the late James Bernard Savoy and Elizabeth Proctor.

The Lord saw fit to call home his precious daughter on August 26, 2006 after a short illness at Washington Hospital Center.

Agnes “Kee-Cee” Proctor was educated in Charles County Schools. She committed her life to being a house wife to 14 children and her loving husband. Agnes enjoyed quality time with all her family and friends.

Agnes was joined in marriage to the late Morris Proctor on February 11, 1937. To this union 14 children were born.

Left to cherish many memories are her five daughters Shirley Proctor, Barbara Proctor, Elizabeth Green, Mary Neal, and Salome Savoy; six sons, Theodore, Jerome, Larry, Vernon, Winfield and Timmy; nine daughters-in-law; three sons-in-law; sixty-six grandchildren; one hundred twenty- two great-grandchildren; forty-five great great grandchildren, sister, Frances Thompson two brothers; James Bernard Savoy and Benny Savoy and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, Agnes was preceded in death by three sons, Emanuel, Milton and Billy; four brothers and three sisters.

Her services were held on Saturday, September 2, 2006 at St. Joseph Church, Pomfret, Maryland. Arrangements were entrusted to Thornton Funeral Home, P.A.

To Betty and Family , we all loved Grandma (Keetsy)very much but she had to go to Grandpa, where GOD has prepared a room for her in eternity. The family is to pray, so that they will stay together for the Glory Of God, Amen. John 11:17 27 is the last word that needs to be said. The Mr & Mrs. Wendell Austin Mason I and Family. We known her as Keetsy and a special Keetsy she was. we will miss her so much and I want to say a speacial prayer to Salome and her family that the pain of losing someone you all love so much will strenghing and bring you all closer together.

Keetsy maybe gone from this earth but her spirit will always be in our hearts.
