Agnest "Jeanette" Anders transitioned to her heavenly home on November 2, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Margaret Flinchum; husband, Cecil Anders; sisters, Ida Adams and Elizabeth Vanhook; stepson, Gary Anders; and great-grandson, Kirk Harlow.
Jeanette retired from Bristol Lingerie where she worked as a seamstress and inspector. She loved her husband, family, little dog Oreo, pastors, and her church family so much. She was known by many names: "Momma", "Mom", "Nana", "Mamaw", "Sister", and "friend". When her family remembers her, the things we cherish most are her sense of humor and her big heart. She also made some pretty fabulous cornbread. Jeanette loved to make people laugh and you never left her home without her offering to give you something. She was a hard worker and always a ball of energy. Jeanette loved going to church and being with her church family so much. She sang in the church for many years and had the best alto singing voice you have ever heard.
Mom, I know the dementia was a thief that took your memory in the last days, but your family and friends rejoice in knowing that you are now with your Lord and Savior and your mind and body are made new.
Until we meet again,
Your loving family
