Aimee is survived by her husband, Thomas David Bernau; parents, David and Sheree Smart; brothers, David Smart and John Smart; maternal grandmother, Jean Henderson; and many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Cordell Keaton Smart.
A celebration of life will be held at Ocean City Church, 428 Racetrack Road, NE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547, on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation in Aimee's memory to a charity of your choice.
