Alan Segraves Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 2:00pm at the Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel. The service will be officiated by Brother Tommy Wurth, Pastor Dana Hines, and Rev. Dennis Eller. Interment will follow at the Baptist Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
Alan is survived by his beloved wife, Janet Segraves; his son, Darrell (Lori) Segraves of Crumpler, NC; three grandchildren, Darbie (Joshua) Rash, Darrah Segraves, and Nathaniel Miller; and one great-grandchild.
Alan was known for his love of family, his passion for collecting guns and knives, and his deep affection for his grandchildren, who lovingly referred to him as "Punk." A faithful member of Scottville Baptist Church, Alan will be remembered for his kindness, warmth, and devotion to those he loved.
He will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him
