Cremation Society of New Hampshire - BrattleboroAlan William Warner, 75, passed away February 5, 2026 at his home in Keene, NH. He was born on June 2, 1950 in Rochester NY, to late Delos and Minnie (Bernard) Warner.
After high school, he twisted wrenches and raced Motorcycles in the late 60’s. He began his career in Machining at Peterborough Tool & Die and Toolroom Craftsman before starting Warner Tool Company in 1989. His life from there was dedicated to designing, engineering and manufacturing precision metal components. Away from work, Alan enjoyed riding motorcycles and competitive rifle shooting.
Alan is survived and will be missed by his son Daniel Warner and his wife Shari Warner; his son Benjamin Warner, his grandchildren Bethany Warner and Matthew Warner and his wife Haylee Warner. He also leaves behind his brother Charles Warner and his wife Linda Warner.
A memorial gathering to pay respects will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 10am to 12pm at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 57 High Street, Brattleboro, VT. Immediately following a Celebration of Life will be held at 12:30pm at Tempesta’s Restaurant, 401 Winchester Street, Keene, NH. Family and friends are invited to attend.
