With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved baby girl Alauna Anne Thomas-Clark, who was taken from us too soon on Friday, December 13, 2024, at Riley children's Hospital in Indianapolis, IN at just the tender age of seventeen months. She brought immeasurable joy and light into our lives with her kind heart, radiant smile and boundless curiosity. Though her time was brief, the depth of love and happiness she shared will forever remain in our hearts.
Alauna Anne Thomas-Clark was born Friday, July 21, 2023 at IU Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN to her parents Jordan Thomas and Aubree Clark. Alauna's time here on Earth may have been short, but she made a profound impact on everyone blessed to meet her. Alauna's smile could light up a room and she had a special way of making everyone smile and laugh.
In addition to her parents, Alauna is survived by her amazing and loving big sister, Callie. Even though Callie is only four years old, she cherished being a big sister to Alauna. The bond between Callie and Alauna will never be forgotten or broken. Alauna also leaves behind her great grandparents, grand parents, several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends from daycare, all of whom will deeply mourn her loss.
A celebration of Alauna's precious life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Freedom Point Apostolic Church located at 6460 East Jackson Street, Muncie, IN, where friends and family are invited to come together to remember and celebrate a life, while brief, was truly a gift to us all. Flowers may be sent to the church for the family.
