Albert Bloome Obituary
He was born May 26, 1947 in Detroit, son of the late Albert E. and Beulah (Elliott) Bloome. Al married Barbara Walker on September 27, 1986.
Al was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Vietnam from 1966-1968. He was a member of the Marysville American Legion Post #449, and the Blue Water Sportsmans Association. He loved his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Al is survived by his loving wife, Barbara; son, Michael (Christine) Bloome; step-son, Jeremy (Jennifer) Beckett; 2 grandsons, Ethan and Aidan; and 2 sisters, Joyce Westbrook, and Sandra Gardner.
He was preceded in death by his brother-in-laws, Ken Westbrook, and Harlan Gardner.
Memorial Services will be held 6 PM Thursday, April 4 at the Pomeroy Funeral Home, Lexington. Pastor Jerry Griggs will officiate. Military Rites will be by Marysville American Legion Post #449.
Visitation will be from 3-6 PM Thursday prior to the service.
