Taylor Funeral Home of Louisville announces the death and funeral services of Mr. Albert L. Duncan, age 88 of Academy Circle Bartow who died Sunday morning March 6, 2022, in the Jefferson Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday afternoon in the Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home Louisville with Rev. Larry Fincher officiating. Burial will follow in the Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Jared Duncan, Zack Webb, Ryan Kilough, Mike Leatherman, Robby Sherman & Owen Webb.
A native of Seneca, SC., Mr. Duncan was a son of the late Claude Duncan & Janie Mae Ward Duncan. He retired after more than 30 years of service from Fulghum Industries as a welder Forman. Albert was a faithful member of Bartow Baptist Church for 62 years where he served as a Deacon.
Mr. Duncan is survived by his wife of 67 years Delores Duncan, of Bartow, sons & daughters in-law, Jerry & Karen Duncan, of Davisboro, Steve Duncan, of Bartow, Michael and Deborah Duncan, of Newberry, SC, his grandchildren Jared and Laura Duncan of Nashville, TN, Kelli and Zack Webb of Sandersville, Jennifer and Ryan Kilough of Greenville, SC, Jamie and Mike Leatherman of Hickory, NC, Samantha Duncan of Seneca, SC, Alexis Duncan of Alabama, 12 great grandchildren, Brother and sister-in-law Kenneth and Gail Duncan, of Walhalla, SC, sisters Maude Lee Harvey of Toccoa, GA and Reba Lawson of Seneca, SC.
The Duncan family will receive friends one hour prior to the services Wednesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bartow Baptist Church, 7634 Church St., Bartow, GA 30413
