Albert Martinez Duran, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2025, in Menifee, California, at the age of 88. Born on January 14, 1937, in Los Angeles, California, Albert's life was marked by an unwavering devotion to his family, a profound Christian faith, and a remarkable career that spanned over four decades.
Albert's legacy is lovingly carried on by his devoted wife, Carol Duran, and their seven children: Albert, Gerald, Christopher, Denise, Daniel, Norman, and Tanya. He was a proud grandfather to twelve grandchildren who will miss his gentle guidance and enduring kindness. Albert is also survived by his 5 great-grandchildren and siblings Tony and Linda, who, along with his entire family, will cherish memories of his steadfast presence. He was preceded in death by his beloved granddaughter Rosa and his dear siblings Bertha, Aldolph and Christina.
For 32 years, Albert dedicated his professional life to Hussmann Refrigeration Corporation as a Drafting Manager. His career with the company was a testament to his work ethic and adaptability, witnessing the company's growth and relocation from Los Angeles to La Mirada, and ultimately to Chino. His colleagues respected him for his demanding standards, always delivered with a kindness that inspired those around him to strive for excellence.
