Albert Joseph "Joe" LeBlanc, 92, a longtime resident of Houma, Louisiana, passed away peacefully in the early morning of Thursday, January 9, 2025.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation in his honor on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 5:00pm until 8:00pm and continue on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at Holy Family Knight's of Columbus Hall on Shrimper's Row from 9:00am until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin after visitations on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 11:00am with burial after services in Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery.
Albert will forever be missed by his children, Bradly, Maurice (Lisa); Leslie. Sister, Florence (Gabby) Francis; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and; two great-great-grandchildren.
He is joined in Heaven by his parents, Charlie and Ella Fanguy LeBlanc, Jo Anna
Champagne LeBlanc, children, Wendell "Ace" LeBlanc, Alyson "Sam" LeBlanc, Kevin
"Tiger" LeBlanc; brothers, Charles "T-Charles" & Allen "Buzz" LeBlanc; as well as sisters, Betty (Willis) & Arizona (Garland) LeBlanc.
Albert was a dedicated worker for Chet Morrison Contractors as well as a lifelong fisherman. He was a devoted father and proud Papa.
