Funeral services for Albert Lynn McMillan, 74, will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 9891 Texas Highway, Many, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Marthaville Cemetery in Marthaville, Louisiana. A visitation will be held Friday, April 19, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Officiating the service will be Brother Tony Moran and Brother Joe Evans.
Albert was born on July 18, 1949 to Andrew Jackson McMillan, Sr. and Dora Catherine Aills McMillan in Cleveland, Texas and passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2024 in Robeline, Louisiana.
Albert was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Jackson McMillan, Sr. and Dora Catherine Aills; siblings, Juanita Webb, Sharon Smith, Eula Bigby and Edna McMillan and son, Albert Lynn McMillan, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Jonnie Ann Moran of Robeline, Louisiana; siblings, Andrew Jackson McMillan, Jr. and wife, Jeannie of New Canie, Texas, Rosetta Briggs of Longview, Texas and Loretta Smith of Cleveland, Texas; children, Jacklynn Hearon of Oregon, Jack Hearon and wife, Sarah of Loveland, Colorado, Andrew McMillan of Beaumont, Texas, Ronnie Hearon and wife, Kay of Colorado, Shirley McMillan of Lake Charles, Louisiana, Kristie Self and husband, Mann of Anacoco, Louisiana, Misty Craig and husband, Jarrett of Robeline, Louisiana, Joyce McShan and husband, Burt of Centerville, Texas, Nick Hearon of Lake Charles, Louisiana, Chad Moran of Robeline, Louisiana, Teresa Moran of Robeline, Louisiana, Tony Moran and wife, Rebecca of Robeline, Louisiana, and Jason Moran and wife, Elizabeth of Robeline, Louisiana; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Honoring Alberts as pallbearers will be Nick Hearon, Kirk Mitchell, Jason Moran, Dakota Powell, Nathan Stewart, and Daniel Wyatt.
