Funeral services for Tony “Ack Parrie” Patrick Meshell, 64, will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 307 Hammond St, Zwolle, Louisiana. A visitation will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 9891 Texas Hwy, Many, Louisiana. A burial will be held at St. Ann Catholic Cemetery, 5272 Hwy 482, Noble, Louisiana, following the service. Officiating the service will be Father Keith Garvin.

Ack was born on October 7, 1961 to Hosea H. Meshell and Zula Sepulvado Parrie in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 in Noble, Louisiana.

Ack was preceded in death by his parents, Zula Parrie, Hosea Meshell, and Thomas Parrie; sister, Naomi Alexander; brothers, J.L. Meshell, Gene Meshell, Thomas Jr. Parrie, Terry Joe Parrie, and Lester Parrie; and grandson, Calvin Purnell. He is survived by his wife, Rose Ruthie Meshell of Noble, Louisiana; sons, Chad Carmadelle of Noble, Louisiana, Ronnie Joe Manshack of Tioga, Louisiana, Shaun Carmadelle of Montgomery, Alabama, Freddie Carmadelle of Natchitoches, Louisiana, and A.J. Carmadelle of Shreveport, Louisiana; daughters, Amy Manshack of Coushatta, Louisiana, Emily Oswalt and husband, Jarad, of Stonewall, Louisiana, and Shantel Manshack and husband, Dillion, of Noble, Louisiana; sisters, Lou Morgan of Port Arthur, Texas, Margie Garcie of Shreveport, Louisiana, Barbara Hernandez of Lumberton, Texas, Janie Laroux and husband, Huey, of Zwolle, Louisiana, Mildred Parrie of Port Arthur, Texas, and Zelda Parrie of Zwolle, Louisiana; brothers, John Leroy Meshell of Zwolle, Louisiana and Larry Parrie of Hudson, Texas; grandchildren, Asa Oswalt, Daniel Rolland Carmadelle, Mark Carmadelle, Alexis Carmadelle, Jaylon Calhoun, Calvin Purnel, and Julanna Manshack; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Honoring Ack as pallbearers will be John Sepulvado, Justin Parrie, Joey Garcie, Chad Carmadelle, Daniel Carmadelle, Jaylon Calhoun, Johny Meshell, and Dillion Manshack. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Mark Carmadelle, Jeffery Billy Sepulvado, Dillion “Booboo” Sepulvado, Kenneth Meshell, JoJo Meshell, Bob Parrie, Clint Meshell, Scotty Meshell, Patrick Meshell, Ray Bliss, Danny Bliss, Lee Alexander, Jason Alexander, Ronnie Joe Manshack, Hemmie Parrie, Mark Meshell and Donnie Sepulvado.

Services and care were provided to the family by Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Many, Louisiana.
