Rest in Peace, Mr. Onchak
My dad (Lenny Bolczak) worked with Al at USSteel, and he would stop over our house once in a while. Mr. Onchak was truly a great guy, one you cannot forget.
Sincerely, Linda Martin

Dear Onchak Family, Your dad worked with my dad at USSteel back in the 80sand90s. What a nice guy your dad was, always smiling. I remember him attending my dad´s wake in 1995, and then my mom´s 7 yrs. ago along with your mom. It was so good to see them. So sorry to hear of your dad´s passing. And now I see, that my husband (Tom Martin) worked with Paulina´s husband, Sean Patrick. What a small world! R.I.P. Al. He will be missed by all who knew him. God bless Al´s family.

Uncle Al...those of us that worked with him called him that. He was a great guy. Always willing to lend a hand. He will always be remembered for his bringing in his garden harvests of zuchini, tomatoes and fresh pies and BREAD. He kept us fed at the steel mill. I'm sure his family will miss him as well as those of us that thought of him as Uncle Al.

I know the Onchak family from St. Joseph Church. I met Al and Barb as we waited for our kids (in the 1980s) while they attended CCD on Sunday mornings. Tony and my son Ryan were in the same class.
Al was such a kind man and had a great smile and warm greeting for everyone. I loved seeing his gentle care for Barb at Mass in the later years. May he rest in peace.

My sincere condolences. I worked with both Al and Lenny at US Steel when I started in 1974. They were the best! Kind and always helpful and always funny. They were both dear to me. May both families have peace in their hearts and filled with memories.

My dad (Leonard Bolczak) worked with Al at US Steel and always had nice things to say about him. My dad passed in 1995 but we did see Al and his wife again when my mom passed in 2017. He was so nice to us. I am so sorry for your loss. May God bless Al and his family.
