Albert John Ruocco, born May 25, 1936, in Orange, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2025. He was the son of Ernestine and Albert Ruocco.

Al proudly served in the United States Army in the Tank Corps at Fort Benning, Georgia. Following his military service, he established his own construction company in Livingston, New Jersey.

He later married Katherine, known as "Dutch," and in 1975 they moved to Melbourne Beach, Florida, where he continued his work in construction.

Al transitioned into the Marine boat transportation business with his son, Albert. Though he eventually retired, those who knew him would say he never truly stopped working, that was what kept him going every day.

Al is survived by his son, Albert; his daughter, Faith Glionna and her husband, David; and his cherished granddaughters, Biata and Ciara.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rock Steady Boxing at Advance Fitness in Melbourne or to the Candlelighters of Brevard.
