Albert Verschure Obituary
Albert was born May 23, 1945 in Mt. Clemens to the late Albert and Eleanor (nee Stringer) Verschure. He married Caroline on January 7, 1967 at St. John Lutheran Church in New Haven. They spent many loving years together until her passing on October 26, 2012. Al spent many years coaching Little League in Memphis. He enjoyed watching football and old western movies.
Al is survived by his children, Albert (Bethann), Norman (Denise), John (Heidi), Scott (Deanne) and Robert (Tonya) Eschenburg; 22 grandchildren and 9 great- grandchildren; siblings, Nancy Chapman, Carol (Sam) Starks, Linda Zuelch, Art (Cindy) Verschure and Regina Mosher.
Al is predeceased by his parents, Albert and Eleanor, as well as his brother, David Verschure.
The family honors the memory of Al and invites you to visit and share memories Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. Noon to 5:00 p.m. at Kaatz Funeral Directors, Capac.
Memorials are suggested to "Wishes of the Family".
