Alberta Cameli Obituary
Alberta C. Cameli (nee Hudock), former resident of Exeter, passed away peacefully Monday, Aug. 18, 2025, in Lakewood, Ohio, where she lived since 1950.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Cameli, of Pittston Township, in January 2009.
She lost her long battle with dementia and hip injuries. She now joins her sister, Mary Mislan; brother, Pat Hudock; father, Joseph Hudock; and mother, Margaret Ondek Hudock.
Surviving is her son, James J. Cameli, and wife, Diana (nee Hogberg); grandsons, Kyle and Kevin; and daughter-in-law, Megan (nee French).
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Gubbiotti Funeral Home LLC, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.
The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday from the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Church (Corpus Christi Parish), 224 Memorial St., Exeter.
Interment will follow at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Schooley Street, Exeter.
