Alberto Hernandez Jr. was born on August 17, 1968, in Temple, Texas, to Alberto Sr. and Florene D. Hernandez. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He especially enjoyed sports, with football being his favorite, and he loved to barbecue. Alberto was a devoted follower of Christ. He cherished time spent with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Maria J. Hernandez; his son, Aaron Albert Hernandez; and his parents, Alberto Hernandez Sr. and Florene D. Hernandez.

Alberto is survived by his son, Thomas S. Hernandez; his brothers, Ben Hernandez and Louis A. Hernandez; and his sisters, Adelita Berumen, Linda Martinez, and Alvina Shelton. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss him dearly.
